Preseason daily activities keep players busy from sunrise to sunset. After wakeup call at 6:45am the players eat breakfast and then go to classroom meetings. At 8:45am the offense and defense rotate between the weight room and the recreation center. In the weight room, players do bench tests. In the recreation center, the players learn plays doing walkthroughs. Learning offensive and defensive plays and skeems is a big challenge before the first full scrimmage on August 29th at Franklin and Marshall. Also, from 11am to noon, the first year players go through impact testing.

The defense is listening to the coaching staff.
