Lycoming Football Quick Notes entering week two of MAC play against FDU-Florham

Williamsport, PA - Lycoming is coming off it's second win in a row and travels to Madison, NJ to battle the improved FDU-Florham team. This update brings you some quick notes from the Warriors Sports Information department.


Warrior Notes
• The Warriors are looking to open MAC play 2-0 for the first time since 2014.

• The Warriors allowed just 10 first downs to Lebanon Valley, the fewest to an opponent since Misericordia had five in 2012.

• The Warriors lead the MAC in defensive first downs (39), pass efficience defense (90.58), sacks (3.33) and total defense (252.3).

• Senior Nick Costello needs one more receiving touchdown to move into a tie for fifth in school history with Vic Olear (1986-89) with 19.

• Junior Jamie Fisher leads Division III with an average of 2.3 field goals per game made.

• Fisher needs four more points scored to become the eighth kicker in program history to post 100 in a career.

• Senior D.J. Boyd is one tackle shy of reaching 100 in his career. Boyd is also tied for the MAC lead with five passes defended.
