LVC's Fakete Adds ECAC Player of the Week Honor

Sean Fakete
CAPE COD, Mass. - After picking up MAC Special Teams Player of the Week honors earlier this week, Lebanon Valley College senior kicker Sean Fakete has earned the ECAC version of the award.

Fakete hit the game-winning field goal in overtime to cap a perfect day at Del Val. Fakete's 26-yarder was the winner, and he hit a career-long 44-yarder - the fourth-longest field goal in program history - in the third quarter that sparked a 24-0 LVC rally to come back from down 24-7. Fakete was also 4-for-4 on PATs and had three touchbacks on kick-offs.

Lebanon Valley will host Stevenson on Saturday with the chance to clinch a share of their first MAC title since 1969.
