Jr QB Tyler Jenny with hat on Need 4 TD's today to tie his 2012 record of 17 |
Tyler Jenny has thrown for more yards in the 2013 season after nine games than he did in 2012. He has 1831 yards this year as compared to 1658 completion yards last year. He needs four touchdown passes to tie last years record of 17. It is not undoable as he has great receivers in Sr Matt Atkinson, Jr John Sibel and So Corey Talerico. Missing but not forgotten is Jr WR Ryan Umpleby who was injured in the Albright game and will not play against Stevenson. In eight games, Umpleby has 31 catches and three touchdowns, but Talerico is a very good WR in his own right. Oh yes, lets not forget RB Craig Needhammer who has two touchdowns in 11 receptions.
So we shall see what Stevenson gives the Warriors in this one, but if the passing game is clicking, Tyler just might have his biggest game of the year.
