Williamsport, PA - The good news for Lycoming is there isn't a forecast for half a foot of snow for Saturday's football game at Lebanon Valley like there was some three years ago.
But there is a chance of rain. Well, better than a chance. And gusting winds.
There's always something to add to the intrigue of a matchup between Lycoming and Lebanon Valley. As if one of the best-contested rivalries on Lycoming's schedule wasn't good enough, there's always another element to make it more interesting.
Three years ago, prior to the turf field being installed at LVC, Lycoming won a 10-7 game played in a half-foot of snow. Last year saw four touchdowns scored in the final three minutes of regulation and overtime leading to a one-point Warriors win.
