Game Notes of the Lycoming vs FDU-Florham Football Game

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - With two games remaining in the Middle Atlantic Conference regular season, the Lycoming College football team finds itself in second place in the league standings as it hosts FDU-Florham for Senior Day at David Person Field.

The Warriors (5-3 overall, 5-2 MAC) are looking to rebound from a 28-24 loss to King's on Nov. 2. Junior Tyler Jenny threw for 249 yards and two touchdowns in the contest and junior Craig Needhammer posted 144 all-purpose yards and scored two touchdowns - one rushing and one receiving.


The Devils (1-7 overall, 0-7 MAC) are coming off a 38-16 loss to Wilkes on Nov. 1. Senior Michael Santos passed for 405 yards and  a touchdown while completing 36-of-53 passing in the loss.

Warrior Notes

• Junior Craig Needhammer needs 126 more yards to become the ninth player in school history to post 1,000 in a season.

• Senior Kabongo Bukasa is one tackle shy of becoming the 25th player in school history to record 200 in a career.

• Senior Matt Atkinson needs one more reception to become the 12th player in school history to post 50 in a season.

• Senior Zack Czap became the third player in school history to make 25 field goals in a career with his 23-yarder at King's.

• Junior Tyler Jenny has passed for 200 yards in each of the last three games, the first time a Warrior quarterback has done that since Colin Dwyer in 2008.

• Junior Craig Needhammer and sophomore Ryan Umpleby are the first pair of Lycoming players to post 1,000 all-purpose yards in the same season since 1998.
